Help with Ayos

Questions, a photo that was flagged and shouldn't have been, or a purchase that didn't unlock: write to hello@horizondigital.dev. Include your device, its OS version and what you were doing. The reply comes from the person who wrote the app.

Common questions

Does Ayos delete photos by itself?: No. You choose what goes into the Review bin. It waits 7 days there, where you can take any photo back, and then your photos app asks you once more and keeps it 30 days in Recently Deleted.
Where do my photos go?: Nowhere. Ayos analyzes them on your device and makes no network connections of its own. The privacy policy has the details.
Why didn't Ayos suggest a photo I don't want?: Favorites, hidden photos and photos in your own albums are never suggested, and photos of people, pets and trips are suggested last. Every photo is still yours to bin from any pile.
I bought Pro on my iPhone. Does it work on my Mac?: Yes. One purchase covers iPhone and Mac on the same Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases in Settings if it doesn't show. On Android, Pro is a separate purchase on Google Play.
How many photos can I delete for free?: Your first 100, and your first 5 Live Photo conversions on iPhone and Mac. Scanning and reviewing are always free.
